Codes can expire or be disabled without notice, so some information may change before we have a chance to update it. Your report helps us keep our code lists more accurate and useful.
What You Can Report
You can contact us if:
- A code marked as working no longer works
- A code has expired
- A code gives a different reward than listed
- A code has been entered incorrectly
- You know about a new code that is missing from our list
What to Include
When reporting a code, please send:
- Code: The code that is not working
- Page URL: The page where you found the code
- Issue: What happened when you tried to redeem it

What Happens After You Report It?
We review reports and compare them with available information before changing a code’s status.
If there is enough evidence that a code has expired or is no longer redeemable, we may mark it as Expired or remove it from the active code list.
A single report may not always confirm that a code has expired, since incorrect formatting, game updates, or temporary issues can sometimes cause redemption problems.
